    And an edit log, and potentially a fingerprint of every person to edit the media. Authoritarian regimes will love this, no more Winne The Pooh memes.

      North Korea is using similar thing for years - you should sometimes watch documentary.

      There they also have “sanctioned file types” and exclusion of unsanctioned ones and mandatory screenshots of OS and mandatory checks of said screenshots by a officer.

      Other thing is how many North Koreans have a device.
