    37 thousand??? That’s barely enough for a single test of uni. Forget food, shelter, books, or computers!

    Also 416 thousand for a home? You wish, maybe in the middle of nowhere 50 miles from civilization.

      But the salary has been adjusted for inflation, so the overall point is correct.
