I copped up a lot of herbs (parsley, cilantro, dill, fenugreek) and mixed them with :

1 cup of “smegg” batter made from soaked moong dal blended with soy milk, salt, pepper, turmeric, a little vinegar and a little baking powder

a flax-egg made from 1 tbsp flax seeds ground up and mixed with 3tbsp water

extra salt and pepper

I cooked these like pancakes on a griddle.
