    Anakin Skywalker went from Younglingslayer 3000 to the destroyer of the Empire and saviour of the galaxy by breathing like Vader. Sounds pretty manly to me. Good luck to all of you!

      I did watch the videos, and they go fairly in depth beyond that. I should never do the exercises personally because it could destroy the years of MTF work I’ve done, though. It goes fairly in-depth!
