Yeah mineral oil PCs have been a thing for too long, the article is obscure enough to mention the fluid but not if it’s a proprietary solution or if it’s off the shelf. Their thoughtful enough to throw some upto X better figures vs air but my sleepy arse doesn’t want to think that hard.
