The graph is really telling. More sanction than ever and the US has maybe never seen it’s enemies and nonaligned states more cooperative (atleast since the days of the USSR although that’s debatable). This is probably the biggest shortcoming of the Biden admin foreign policy, the rise of BRICS and stuff like that.

ETA: biggest shortcoming strategically not morally, that would be Gaza obviously.

And some of critics’ worst fears have not materialized: The dollar remains the world’s top reserve currency, at least for now.

Imagine throwing this advantage away. As an American, this has no doubt been beneficial to me and I think it’s dumb to just throw that away for short-sighted gains. Though maybe decentralizing the banking system a bit more would be a greater good in the long run for everyone.

Rookie number, whomever gets into White House now should sanction evern more. In fact, USA should sanction every single nation on Earth at least like Cuba.

Step aside Russia, Libya, Syria, Venezuela, Iraq, China, Cuba, Al Qaeda and ISIS, America is yet again demonstrating it is the real global terrorist threat.
