I’ll start: pesto as a bagel topping.

A more general answer: Meals without meat.

For some reason this really confuses people, and often makes them concerned or upset.

I love my grill and probably eat way more meat than I should, but damn if I can’t appreciate a good vegetarian meal. Mushroom kebabs, pesto and cheese stuffed portobello mushrooms, veggie grilled pizza, corn on the cob. Hell, on Sunday I just tossed some potatoes, carrots, and onions with a can of cream of mushroom soup into some tinfoil and roasted that on the grill for dinner. I grill out about 3-4 days a week. If anyone said something bad about a vegetarian meal I grill I would ask them politely, yet firmly, to leave and never come back.

I’m not vegan nor vegetarian either, but if I ever became one I think I would be happy eating mushrooms, beans and peas as alternatives, for the rest of my life.
