Welcome to remy.city, and also the living room. This is a general purpose instance, so feel free to make it your home!
Some rules/policies:
- NSFW content is not allowed. To that point, lemmynsfw.com has been defederated, and I’m looking at measures we can take to stop NSFW content making it into the ‘random’ magazine. Apologies for any inconvenience this causes. I don’t want to deal with the legal questions that hosting this content brings up at this point in time–I want to focus on creating a smooth experience for users!
Some notes:
- I will probably be tinkering with the UI on the site (style wise) a little bit here and there. Sorry for any inconvenience this causes. I want to try a few things out to submit to the kbin-core repo. If you have any specific ideas you’d like to see tried, let me know and we can take a look.
- Some community icons are missing, when I was making this instance I did some bad things and lost some images. I’ll try to get them back ASAP.
- I called it remy.city because I liked the picture of Remy from Ratatouille. He’s our mascot.
- I’ll update this post with more info soon.
About me a little:
I’m Lucas, a web developer (and I like PHP so Kbin is nice). I made this instance so I could be sure my account had a nice home, and anyone is welcome to join me in using it!
