I hate being in a group of neurotypical people. I either get ignored, left out or everyone looks at me weird.

I was out with some friends of mine on the college campus and they spent the entire time laughing, talking to each other and showing stuff to each other on their phone and I was always left out from everything. Everytime I tried to join the conversation, I made it awkward or they flat out ignored me. The only person that didn’t left me out or ignored me was my best friend.

This never happens when I’m just with my best friends (who are all neurodivergent in some way).

I hate being social sometimes, I feel like people look at me like I’m an alien, that they get weirded out by me. Idk if it is because I’m autistic but at this point idk what it could be
