Among other comments, he also questioned what Kazuchika Okada, Jay White and Will Ospreay have done since signing with AEW and unfavorably compared the Continental Classic to the G1 tournament.

The 41-year-old Charlton shared a picture of himself with Omega after that match, but later deleted another tweet where he attempted to explain himself. As of now, he has not commented publicly on this latest development.

CC leaned a bit too far into the “big-money TK stealing our toys” mindset during Dynasty, and was making snippy comments in an us-vs-them fashion for most of the night. He apologized for getting too heated after the main event, so he must’ve got an earful at some point in the show. I don’t remember any specific examples of him going too far, but he was very much team NJPW throughout his call.
