    Bike is just hands down the best mode for trips upto 15 minutes (if you’re abled). But my commute is bike > train > bike, carrying the bike in the train, totalling 50 minutes. The alternative would be bus > train > bus or lots of walking.

    some people (me) need the security of having their own transportation with them, and not 100% relying on other people or systems.

      I’m curious what you mean by security here, or why public transit is dangerous. Or you mean security in the sense of reliability?
