From skimming through the article, it sounds like the owners are cutting costs by moving production of low and mid tier equipment to “somewhere in Asia”. Honestly, this “let’s replace everything below the top end with ass-tier chinesium” is so fucking annoying - especially when it’s done to a storied domestic manufacturer like this.
