This asshole’s name is Pat Desaro. He chose to do nothing while his accomplice, Keith Edmonds did the actual murder. It is unclear if both officers were fully erect while killing Jim Rogers for allegedly stealing a bicycle.

And this is exactly why the public wants to burn the police force down. “A few bad apples” have rotted out the entire industry. We know there’s zero accountability. Any legal ramifications are paid by tax payers. And the offenders get to go back to work one district over, or back at the same job in this case.
