I would try it … not sure about being one of the first ones to try it, though.
The problem with VTOLs is that they’re just helicopters. It is just reinventing the wheel, but usually much dumber that what already exists.
Helicopters are too noisy and are offline a lot for maintenance. I’m yet to be convinced that any of the electric propulsion concepts will overcome their other issues for a long time.
