I love when they bring you the receipts in the same email thread, and just didn’t even bother to read the words that they think didn’t apply to them.
My favourite is when they include a screenshot as evidence, and the screenshot clearly disagrees with them. So I get to read back to them the message in their own screenshot.
Most satisfying words to type: ‘As I’ve already stated in my previous email’
I tend to find this most annoying to type. What’s the point if the recipient doesn’t read anyway.
It’s not for the recipient, those are directed at the people in CC that will eventually need to be involved.
