“Cake.” I’m not dissing the artistry, but cake should not have that ratio of fondant to edible content (and no, I don’t consider fondant edible.)
It’s this weird human tendency to take things to extremes. Sometimes it leads to amazing advances and sometimes it leads to inedible sugar sculptures.
Also, reminds of stuff like Carhenge. When humans have an excess of something, they make art out of it.
I wonder if we supported art in more traditional materials better of this stuff would even exist.
I’m not a fondant fan either, don’t buy cakes with it
