Animation quality went up in this episode but I wouldn’t call it amazing. Sure movement improved but there still were some weird looking scenes. Some still scenes looked really good but it’s really about how fluid animation is. No matter how rough base sketch is it looks good if it moves natural. Mob Psycho is a perfect example.
The hole in Garou’s stomach wasn’t shown at all. But he did get shot right though. Remember how close to death he is with every single fight.

That art is soo good! That would be good for a manga panel, let alone an animation frame.
It’s good, the best we’ve seen so far but I’d like to see it move…
