I got this modified made in Taiwan DS-1 on reverb a couple of weeks ago, and I have yet to find any information on this mod or modder. If anyone can help me find out what’s going on with this thing, it would be much appreciated.

Can’t really find anything either, but if you look at some of these pages about what mods more well-known shops can do with those DS-1 pedals, that might help you identify what has been done in yours.
