    Gnome is such a great and spectacularly shit project at the same time. It’s really depressing at times.

      How is it great? It’s so spectacularly awful. There’s really 0 reason for it to exist while KDE exists

        You have to give credit for such large and functioning software project. That’s not easy by any means. It may not be to many people’s liking but it is to a lot of novice users. You have to respect that.

        Having said that the devs can be utterly obtuse at times which is a shame.
