    Sexual Frustration Theory would be a better explanation if NoFap Army members stated that their lack of preferred sexual outlet was the cause of their violent impulses, and they target those whom they feel were responsible for their sexual deprivation.

    Seems like this article could use the perspective of Elliot Roger who literally admitted to this
