    Marketing knew people who grew up with it would be likely to keep going in their 50s and later, so they wanted a façade that made it look more “adult” for those people I’m sure.

    i wish they still had play places. now that i’m a parent i can’t bring my girl to one to run wild while i chill wtih some chicken nuggets
