I have HA yellow here connected to about 10 of these (RWL-021) switches. Only quirk I found is that with a smaller network, if they become unavailable through bad connection, you have to really delete the device from the ZHA list to get it to recouple. Im no home automation pro, but it felt like I had to delete it twice before they would pair again. Now my network is fully on, they don’t lose connection anymore so it’s no longer an issue.

Look up dimmer switch automation blueprints on the HA forum and spare yourself the time to make your own. After that you can change the settings in the HA ui, no yaml required.

The Signify (hue) zigbee based dimmer switches or regular switches would work for this, right?

Oh sure, if you use retrodeck or something similar, your ROMs can be added to the normal steam lib with images and everything, making it almost fully plug and play. I have been pretty succesful up to PS3 (I love Dante’s inferno), and although switch/BotW required a lot more work beforehand, it did eventually work on a stable fps.

I use OSMand more for car navigation or hiking navigation, CoMaps for me is more for finding out about a store, or a coffeeplace in the city somewhere… the search is somehow just miles ahead of OSMand (which almost never satisfies me) and the UI decisions just seem better for that. It also looks fantastic, although OSMand is highly customizable and for car navigation i’m really happy with the map settings i have.

This is the best one I could find, but I think the dual screen design choice is plain wrong. I also like my screens a bit bigger and higher resolution, but on those issues I could be nudged. This is a large part of the winter appeal for me. Dressing for winter is easier then for very hot weather. Although I do use a wide brimmed hat for heat now, it’s like a tiny free cooler!
