I like to preserve and share files :)

Real debrid is not necessary unless you’re downloading from hosts that require a paid account for unlimited access. You can download from archive.org and other HTTP sites without worry. You don’t need tor, a vpn, real debrid, a seed box, or any other paid service people are suggesting here. Just stay away from torrents and you’ll be fine.

Every free VPN company is going to track and sell your data. That’s how they make a return on giving you a free product. If you’re wanting to pirate things without worry, just avoid torrents and you’ll be fine. HTTP (direct downloads through your browser from site like archive.org) can’t be tracked by copyright holders. They’re perfectly safe to download from. If you’re just looking for some sort of privacy while browsing websites I recommend checking out TOR browser. It offers all of the regular safety precautions anyone would need while simply browsing the internet (aside from common sense).
I’m unfortunately unfamiliar with DnD tools, but there are a couple users on Soulseek who are sharing a variety of DnD tools. It looks like they all came from the same torrent (I don’t have the torrent, sorry :< ).

The world could use a lot more aussie metal!
It’s likely whenever things break, which is relatively frequent… Here’s to hoping the 0.18 update brings a little more stability!
It’s one of my favorite albums by them for sure! They’re such a trip to see live too. I remember seeing them with the Blood Brothers somewhere in Ohio, around the time they released their first album and still had the screamy vocals.
There was this really loud heckler right next to me shouting at them, calling them a ripoff of some other band, and it made things really awkward for the entire venue. Everyone was just standing around not sure how to react to either the band or the heckler. The band took a short moment to talk with each other after a song or two, then they completely changed the vibe by going absolutely wild with their performance. Something I can only compare to the Dillinger Escape Plan in their early years. The heckler faded into the background and they won the crowd over in beautiful fashion.
They might not be as insane as then, but their live performances are still incredible. I wish I could have been there for this one - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HsQDtnq-2VE
Awesome! I think the noise picture is perfect too
This is my first time hearing this band, very cool!
Alan Awake. I finally got around to playing it recently and something about the camera movement/placement turned me off. Dead Space has the same issue for me.
Sorta related, I bought Clive Barkers Undying twice (at different stores) without realizing it. One of the copies I left in the bag and stuck it in a closet for whatever reason. It was an awesome game though. I’ve played through it several times now.
Speaking of GB emulators and Pokémon, PokeMMO is a free cross-platform MMORPG that utilizes several Pokémon ROMs and emulation. It’s really awesome to explore the games with loads of other people.
If you’re looking for something a little spicy in the visual novels/adventure/multi-choices/text based/indie/rpg genres, a great NSFW resource is F95zone. They have all of those genres and more.
Unfortunately not at the moment. I was using https://github.com/gorhill/uBO-Extra before it went defunct and I haven’t replaced it.
Lol, well it’s not like a lot of us aren’t already using adblock detector blockers.
It will probably come down to using a third party program/script to watch videos.
Is a file request community allowed if it follows the instance guidelines?
Is it possible to customize a community to auto-lock threads once they’re created, so no one can reply to the thread? Or disable the ability to reply to threads in some other way?
I dunno how close to toeing the line a request section would be, or how easy it would be to enforce the instance rules without disabling the ability to reply to threads.
It can be really hard to push past this as well. i2p has been trying for a long time with very little success.
Eh, it’s probably not a crackdown. The life expectancy of most pirate sites isn’t long, especially the rare sites like S2D that host all of the content on their own servers, rather than free third party servers like most sites. We’re also in what’s probably the best age of piracy from an accessibility standpoint. Sites are everywhere, so we’re going to see a lot come and go for a variety of reasons.
Aw man, that was one of my daily sites… No HLS, just right click the video and download. They were so up to date with everything!
:(
I remember phpBB having a popular emoticon addon, or maybe arcade addon, that ended up compromising a few of the message boards I frequented in the early 00s. Times never change.
