I find it to be better quality at non-coding jobs, imo. Stuff like storytelling and brainstorming ideas. The pre-thinking tag gives it an opportunity to be more creative, I find, by talking itself out of the typical responses.

You can set up distilled models which are basically llama models trained off of asking questions from the main model and using that data. So they’re not quite as good. Decent though.

If you wanna go with a bit more expensive hardware (a few grand) you can build a system capable of running the full model (slowly) at home.

Are there any Long Covid clinics available to you? Getting checked with an NIRS for cerebral oxygenation issues is something I wish we were doing enmasse.

This is totally just throwing stuff at the wall, but you can try applying ice or heat packs to your throat/neck. Or a cold / hot bath if the packs are too uncomfortable. Also, here in the US you can buy canned air on Amazon. Dunno if that’s available where you are. I wouldn’t do it too often without consulting a doctor, but it might help.
