Companies also make battery powered ones that sound like a car horn.
Finally, there are impact wrench driven train horns that are over 100dB loud for when you just can’t get their attention (WARNING: hearing damage guaranteed).

People really underestimate how dangerous being sedentary is.

My main commuter is just an old Trek 820 MTB with some minor upgrades I’ve made over the years.

At the end of the day, they’re all good regardless of which one may or may not be “best” (in other words, anything is far better than nothing).
Also, to be fair, cycling is way faster than walking or running (sometimes it’s even faster than driving, especially when you factor in parking+traffic).

My bike already uses a 21700 light and I use 18650s in most of my flashlights.
Being able to swap out a dead battery and carry spares would eliminate my primary concern about battery powered pumps.

I recommend the Topeak Morph series for use on the road and I use a Joe Blow at home that also works very well (I’ve even used it to inflate car tires before).

If it’s actually that cheap, it’s that cheap for a reason. Keep in mind there are probably a ton of fees on top of this depending on where you live.
My advice would be: Don’t spend money on it unless you’re OK losing the money and even then, use a credit card so if it turns out to be a scam (or the company is just shady) you have the option of issuing a chargeback
Finally, if you do it, let us know how it goes. If it’s real I am fascinated to see what real world impressions are like.
