I would argue that a laptop is not a mobile device. It’s mobile but its primary purpose is not handheld.

When we say mobile device almost every definition we think of is “can use and hold while laying on the couch” or sitting at an office waiting.

A laptop, especially one with a decent GPU is not something you can just pull out and play for 3-6 minutes while waiting.
