Actually, it’s implied in lore that Bhaal, the god of murder, is the one who cums. Into your mouth. I’m not making it up

My grandparents had a dog that looked just like her when I was a kid. Her name was Sophie but I couldn’t quite pronounce it at that age.
I had met a chocolate lab before and she was shaped like one but her coat was white instead of brown.
So to me she was a Soapy, the white chocolate lab
poweruser@lemmy.sdf.orgto Modded Minecraft@sopuli.xyz•FTB Evolution with no FE generationEnglish1·26 days agoI haven’t tried those mods but hopefully they buff the conversion rates. Historically, magic to RF has been a terrible deal in my experience.
In my own world I got around this by using cross-mod shenanigans to dupe diamonds, then burned the diamonds for fuel. That seemed sufficiently magical for my headcanon
Be careful that she’s not sensitive to the metal. A lot of metal items contain nickel or tin that can cause an allergy-like reaction called contact dermatitis if left in contact with the skin for a long time.
Some people are more sensitive to it than others so maybe it will be fine, but I sure wouldn’t want a surprise in my underwear

This reminds me of the time circa 1992 when my brothers convinced me to ride a scrap lawnmower chassis down the big hill near our house. They didn’t consider it important to actually attach the lawnchair so it just fell apart when it got up to speed.
I’m still kind of mad about it lol

poweruser@lemmy.sdf.orgto No Stupid Questions@lemmy.world•Are any calls without caller ID legit?English3·1 month agoI called 911 a few years ago and they had a police officer call me back when he got to my neighborhood. I had to do this a few times as the incident repeated a few days later. Each time the officer called me his number was hidden.
That’s the only time I’ve ever had a call from a hidden number that was not a scam, but I would be hesitant to block them all

poweruser@lemmy.sdf.orgto Linux@lemmy.ml•How to have a boring and low-maintenance system?English9·2 months agoI am a longtime fan of Debian Stable, for exactly that reason. I installed the XFCE version using the custom installer about 8 years ago and have had very few issues.
Initially my GPU wasn’t well supported so I had to use the installer from Nvidia, forcing me to manually reinstall the driver after every kernel update. That issue has been fixed in recent years so now I can just use the driver from the Debian repos.
I installed the unattended-updates package about 2 years ago and it has been smooth sailing since
