Hello!
uhhhh @CARCOSA@hexbear.net what’s going on?
Me three, I go to sleep at 3am and wake up at 11am
There is no healthy time, the only things that matter are vitamin D and 8 hours of sleep. It doesn’t matter when you go to sleep as long as it’s consistent. Sleeping all day and staying up all night is probably bad for you though, that’s when vitamin D supplements come in.
I hated college, here’s what helped me.
Going for a walk while thinking about the assignment can help, that gets your body moving and exercise releases dopamine. It also helps you sleep better at night, which can help too.
If you haven’t already, create a set sleep schedule. Go to bed and wake up at the same time every day, including weekends. No sleeping in. This will help your body immensely. If you are a night owl (hehe), then set the bedtime late and the wakeup time late.
Stimulants help ADHD to a certain extent, but I have never been able to focus on what I am supposed to with them and just end up hyperfocusing on my favorite topics. Good sleep, exercise, and consistent meals are the three things that make my body feel the best.

If you haven’t read The Will To Change by bell hooks it is definitely worth a read. It is a cure to the toxic gender wars of the 2010s and today and is a compassionate look at masculinity as a whole. I highly recommend it.
