My wife has recently developed a pretty intense sensitivity to soy and straight allergy to milk. Soy is in nearly everything, mostly as oil or lecithin.
Sorry to heart that, allergies can be really tough, specially soy and nuts that are in everything. Not sure if there was a point you were trying to make though?
