I’ve just ordered a Framework 13 at work to test out and I was wondering if anyone else had any experience using Framework in a business?

    My work laptop is a framework.

    What exactly do you expect to be different in a framework compared to other laptops?

    Biggest difference would be that they don’t offer bulk discounts or SLA contracts, which is something big companies want

      I expect a laptop that will last for many years, with easily replaceable and upgradable parts. Currently we have issues with the USB-c ports on our Lenovo laptops. It doesn’t seem to handle being constantly used. On a Framework, that’s really easy to replace.

      We are a small company. Only at around 50 people.
