    Pretty close to the Beard Meats Food diet: 7000kcal meal twice a week and yogurt with berries the other days

      Just looked up some serving sizes, etc, at some of the most famous cheesesteak places in philly. This will be around 2500-3000kcal. Honestly not as high as I thought. I was thnking a 12" philly would be around 2000-2500kcal, and turns out they are like 1000-1250kcal less.

        yeah not too bad! getting your daily calories in a single meal doesn’t sound super healthy but i guess if you’re satiated for a whole day afterwards, it’s kinda alright ^^

        unless it was one of those oreo shakes from Baskin Robbin’s

          Wow that’s just impressive to be honest. You can either eat healthy stuff the whole day, I’m talking 3 meals + snacks, already reaching calorie surplus most likely (unless you’re huge), or you can have one (1) of these shakes.
