FA has it tagged as gore and suffocation but if you’re like me and aren’t into that, don’t worry, she’s a water dragon, right? And thus can breath underwater. It’s just nice they tied her up in her natural habitat :3
Agreed, no idea why the artist tagged it as gore without even a trace of blood. And TBH this is the tamest, most consensual aquaphilia one might ever come across: no distress, no sign of actual drowning or asphyxia, and she looks like she’s quite enjoying herself in both alts.
