Hey there.Please advise on a city to move to. I have never been to Germany, but I have now decided to move there. Which cities are more suitable for adaptation, finding a job, and safety is also important? I would appreciate any advice and tips.
What job are you looking for? I think the major cities are probably not the best choice, as it is difficult to find an appartment there. Might be a good idea to check a few of the immo websites to see how available housing is in the city you want to move to.
Yes, I think so too. Going to a big city for the first time is a mistake. Practically all my experience is related to the oil and gas industry and I think it will hardly be useful in Germany, so I will look for work as circumstances allow, even if I have never done it before, while also learning German at the same time. From everything I have read, my attention has fallen on Dresden and Düsseldorf.
