The Senate has approved military promotions after Sen. Tommy Tuberville of Alabama ended blockade of nominations over a Pentagon abortion policy.

Not advocating for this, but theoretically, couldn’t a dem do the exact same thing if worst comes to worse and Trump did get elected?
