Definitely Brazil. The fried dough is called Pastel (don’t confuse it with Spanish for cake ) . and the coke is written in Portuguese.

The dough itself is not either too savory nor sweet…it’s plain …but their filling is usually savory…the most common fillings are ground beef with cheese, just cheese or “pizza” that is cheese, a slice of tomato, some times ham, and oregano…But there are all kinds of fillings …there is also banana with cinnamon and sugar, brigadeiro (typical Brazilian sweet), and cheese with guava jam.

Here in my country they don’t sell Brigadeiro but I tried it when I went to a Brazilian friend’s house, it’s very tasty but very sweet
