I have been using this FOSS for a little over 5 years now. Absolutely hands down best password manager experience I’ve ever had. I cannot think of one downside to this software. Easily used across all of my devices seamlessly.

Passbolt seems more polished and use a more open and modern software stack, but haven’t had a chance to properly try it, plus has more feature than the official Bitwarden self hosted version, if you’re looking to self host.
The only gripe I had when trying Bitwarden was creating subfolders which was when I tried a bit cumbersome, but otherwise pretty great software.
