    if “prepping something beforehand” and “throwing stuff in a pan and just let it sit for a couple minutes untouched” is still fine:

    I’ve been doing big batches of japanese Gyoza in the last couple weeks.

    I make a whole kilo of them beforehand, freeze them and just put them in a pan for a couple minutes when I want a quick dinner.

    I love gyoza. prepping them takes a bit of fiddling around, but once ready, they hold for a while in the freezer
