Does anyone know any alternative apps which do a similar thing?
(Use case, I just want some kind of RGB colour space slider to update some lights on an Arduino, without having to pay a subscription for the privilege)
Since you’re using an Arduino, I assume you are savvy enough: Home Assistant
And don’t forget about ESPHome which is part of the Home Assistant Project and allows you to easily get your microcontrollers up and running.
