70m is a tough sell. On the upside, he is young and fits the age profile. I think there could be better ways of spending that kind of money.
That is an absolutely ridiculous fee (not that I think anyone would pay it)
Chelsea would pay such a fee but they’re the one selling, unfortunately for them.
