For real, I loved having the random wallpapers. I don’t know much about the situation, but maybe there will be a way to do it through a third party app.

No no, that’s not what it says.
They are removing this on Wayland:
Force Font DPI spinbox in System Settings > Appearance > Fonts
And this on both Wayland and Xorg:
Adjustable icon sizes for many icons in many KDE apps in System Settings > Appearance > Icons
