That looks like it’s almost a shot for shot remake. What’s the point
Twister is almost 30 years old so it kind of makes sense to remake it for a new generation. The script is pretty much perfect. All they need to do is update the cgi and don’t fuck with it too much.
With that logic, the psycho remake should be considered a good movie.

Sorry, y’all, but if you’re already into tornado chasing, then something that scares you enough to stay home is probably simple prudence, not an emotional block. Either this guy is our protagonist and shouldn’t be, or he’s an antagonist and his Faustian temptation is unconvincing.
I dunno, maybe the CGI will look cool.
So, a remake with drones and Tik Tok? Pass. I’ll watch the good one again instead.
This looks like a direct to video (streaming) movie.
Do they even make original movies anymore? Not talking indie films or small films.
I’m excited for Twister 5, but I with there was somewhere I could stream Twister 2-4 so I could get caught up.
