Spain's unemployment rate fell to 11.60%, a 15-year low, down from 13.26% three months earlier, data from the National Statistics Institute (INE) showed on Thursday.

    In both links there is nothing about the 20% unemployment you mention. The working hours have increased with the number of workers. I agree is less than 37 hours per worker, but if it was manipulated the working hours wouldn’t grow with the people registered…
