I’ve seen a fair bit of it coming from the pro-Palestine crowd whenever Zionists put out bad faith questions, tbf. Granted, being a cutesy smug fuck by itself isn’t as bad as being a cutesy smug fuck who’s supporting genocide and taunting you about it.

But yeah, it’s surreal that we’re fighting against machines in the employ of Capital already, only that they’re artificial posters instead of automated police killbots (for now).

Definitely not as bad as doing that in support of genocide, but what we’re seeing here is that it’s just a bad method of posting/communication. It has some appeal to people who already agree with you, but it gets those who disagree with you to dig in out of spite, and those who are on the fence will mildly cringe at best.

Daily reminder to kill the redditor in you, even if smugposting feels good and is in service of a good cause.

I wonder how exactly it works, because the second one is most likely a BJP NPC ‘bot’.

I guess they are doing propaganda on behalf of Israel but why? Islamophobe solidarity?

The second one seems randomly generated; the account has the symbol of the Indian National Congress and a name of Arabic origin, which isn’t the kind of person in India most likely to have anti-Muslim/anti-Palestine beliefs. Then again, there are people with all sorts of incoherent beliefs, so who knows.
