bad news, i have no idea

good news, i also have this issue, but only on my first login to a Wayland session, after which its the correct scaling

Make a bug report on bugs.kde.org if its still affecting you!

I have reported 3 or 4 major bugs so far, haven’t reported this one yet. So much shit broke on plasma 6. Not sure if it’s just me, but this release is an absolute mess. I don’t want to reinstall

I’m still in Plasma 5 so I’m probably completely wrong, but have you set the QT_SCREEN_SCALE_FACTORS env var, like on the arch wiki?

I use QT_SCREEN_SCALE_FACTORS=1.5 on my laptop for 150% scaling, which also doesn’t seem to automatically scale with KDE’s settings.

I have the QT_USE_PLASMA_SCALING=1 set and it’s been working no problem. Could if have been removed by the update? But that would also make the menu icons look like shit.
