You guys know a good extension to make terminal work in quake mode?

      That’s very good! But the dev don’t want to add animations. I really wanted it to roll top down, like in quake.

        It’s maintained on GitHub, so you might be able to manually install it or find a package for it in your package manager. At least on Arch you can install gnome-shell-extension-ddterm-git from the AUR.

    I use Gnome extension for Quake Dropdown, compatible with every software including terminal, works quite nice.

      That works! I went with it. But unfortunately I had to disable lamp animations for window minimization. The 2 didn’t get along well
