I think that could just be an actually clever reference to the phrase people would say when they saw Superman flying:

Is it a bird? Is it a plane? It’s Superman!

But it’s probably also a reference to trans people in a transphobic way because you have one thing transforming into something totally other as if to indicate its absurdity and impossibility. But maybe could still work like the rest of this image. I think it’s cool.
