    I’d definitely be a fedora neckbeard libertarian if not for being raised explicitly feminist and pro-equality, living outside the default American culture for a decent chunk of my formative years, and being directly exposed to other cultures through travel and very intentional socialization from my parents. And even then I had an edgelord phase.

      Same here, I also would’ve been way different if I hadn’t traveled. I also realized from an early age that women have it way rougher than men for simply existing. If it hadn’t been for my close women relatives getting screwed over in so many ways for being women, I don’t know if I would’ve seen it: Anywhere from being criminally prosecuted over a custody battle by an abusive husband, a forced pregnancy by a boyfriend, and a forced sterilization by a male doctor, all that really opened my eyes

      Idk about the influence of drugs but those were fun lol
