Sure. That’s a single specific instance of a good thing. You can do the same for the US.

Reminds me of the phrase, “good people do bad things and bad people do good things.”

I sincerely don’t understand how anyone can be so supportive towards ANY government.

Support the people, not the tyrants.

I confused you for the other person who was accusing China of starving millions of people.

Is it really that hard to believe that not every government is tyrannical, and that some actually care about their citizens though?

Sure. Not the Chinese government tho.

Support the people not the government, is my opinion.

Why are you so pro ccp?

Until we reach some kind of stateless Communist society, what exactly do you want? The U.S. to overthrow the government and install sympathizers to its own interests?

Never said that. Those aren’t my words.

And no. That’s exactly the opposite of what I want. What I want is for the US and the CCP to stop doing shitty things. And for the best interest of the people to be the specific reason for decisions. This opinion of mine applies to all governments. Including the shit stains that run the US.

You also didn’t answer my question. Why support the ccp specifically and not the people?

You just answered your question for me. I believe the democratic centralism in the CPC enables it to make its decisions based on the best interests of the people.

Also, why would I support the CPC and not support the people? That doesn’t make any sense. Surely someone supporting the CPC wouldn’t do so because they don’t support the people…

Again, never accused you of having the opinion that is “not supporting the people”. Not what I said. Those aren’t my words.

I do understand how you could misinterpret, but to be clear: I’m arguing that it’s better to just support the people, not the current government in place in China. I believe this because their government absolutely doesn’t have the best interests of the people in mind.

This isn’t really going anywhere constructive so I’m going to stop engaging. I hope you have a nice day!
