t.meHere's a first look at the Android Satellite Pointing UI.
While texting with emergency services via satellite, you will need to keep your phone pointed at the satellite. And Google has prepared a special UI for this purpose.
To connect via satellite, you need to "move your phone to center the satellite in the circle". This interface can be minimized into a floating window, which can be useful to stay connected while you texting with emergency services.
The pointing process is accompanied by animations, an example of which was previously shown by Kamila Wojciechowska. During setup, you will see a special notification from Satellite SOS that asks you to "get a clear view of sky by avoiding buildings, trees and mountains".
This interface is part of the Adaptive Connectivity Services app and is currently not available to users.

I’m guessing you need to have a satellite phone first, the way this is written, some people might think normal phones can connect via satelite, which is not the case.
