I currently listen to whatever audiobook I’m running - right now it’s Brandon Sanderson’s Oathbringer.

I prefer to listen to hyper aggressive loud music, but it burns me out pretty quickly.

I can’t listen to Acacia Strain’s “Chambered Nautilus” without a massive adrenaline dump at this point.
